Message	here in Savannah. I took my Explorer in for an oil change and tire rotation. I picked it up like I had done many times before and drove off without checking the lug nuts. I got no more that 2 miles from the shop and my rear driverside wheel FELL OFF. THEY DID NOT TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS! Luckily it was the rear wheel because everyone behind me saw what was about to happen and slowed down. I wasn't going very fast, so it didn't do a lot of damage. lesson learned. Always check behind the shop after tire rotations.
